Our filter bags deliver exceptional process efficiency, ensuring high flow rates and compatibility with a wide range of chemicals used in liquid filtration processes.

Whether you're setting up a new filtration system or enhancing an existing one, we offer polypropylene felt, polyester felt, and nylon mesh options, each featuring a choice of polypropylene collar, polyester collar, or stainless steel ring allowing retrofitting into any existing bag housing. Our bag filters are available in both industrial and food-grades in a comprehensive range of removal ratings from 0.5 to 1000 microns, standard lengths (Sizes 1, 2, 3, & 4) and bag diameters (7" & 4"). All our bag filters are supplied silicone-free.  Additionally, we accommodate custom requests for tailored filter bags.

Needlefelt Bag Filters

Good Filtration Needlefelt Bag Filters are offered in a range of materials to cover a wide range of chemical compability and temperature conditions. The multi-layer construction of the filter bag ensures high levels of contaminant holding and high removal efficiency. Bags are manufactured either in a sown or all welded construction.

All replacement bag filters come in identical dimensions to your current filter bags, ensuring effortless replacement without sacrificing performance.

GoodFiltration can also offer Bag Filters in combination with PVBI industrial or PVBH hygienic bag filter housings for industrial filtration systems for new installation or plant expansions.

Mesh Bag Filters

For removal of solid non-deformable particles 

Mesh filter bags serve as a barrier against solid particles that could potentially disrupt downstream processes within a filtration system. Operating on the principle of surface filtration, like a sieve, effectively capturing particles larger than the pore size of the media, provided these particles are solid and non-deformable. The mesh filter bag design and construction ensures that there is zero risk of fibre migration from the filter, thus preventing any additional contamination of the liquid passing through it. Available Mesh filter bags options:

1. Monofilament Meshes: These meshes feature a tightly woven structure of single filaments with an absolute micron rating. Manufactured under food-safe and silicone-free conditions.

2. Multifilament Meshes: Comprising multiple filaments twisted together and woven into a nominal rated mesh structure. Multifilament meshes are suitable for non-critical applications.
