For large volume water usage applications, such as reverse osmosis protection, where 10 micron highflow cartridge filters provide low SDI's, or boiler feed, where 1 micron highflow cartridge filters remove particulate contamination, the 6" highflow filter format is now the preferred choice of many end-users. • Filter Medium - Polypropylene (PP) or glass fibre (GF) graded density filtration media. Options for St.St. sintered fibre or mesh media 

• Filter Hardware - 2 options - All PP cage, core and endcaps; PP endcaps with stainless steel cage and core
   

• Available lengths: 20.0", 40.0", 60.0"

• Available micron ratings: 0.45, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0, 25.0, 50.0, 100μm

• Maximum operating temperature: 80°C PP & GF

• Maximum differential pressure: 60psid @70°F (4.1 Bar @ 30°C) 

• Recommended changeout differential pressure: 37psid (2.5 Bar) @ 30°C

• Available end caps - HFU

Applications

ClearPore high flow pleated depth cartridge filters are used when flow rates exceed 200 m3/hr and can be used in simplex mode up to flows of 1,400 m3/hr. Primarily used in the water treatment industry for the applications below:
