Candle Filter System is also known as candle(filter cake layer)filtration system,cluster tube type filtration system.The former is named according to the filtering principle and method,and the latter is named according to the structural form.It is mainly used to automatically intercept solid particles in the liquid,and can be discharged in the form of dry slag.

.▲ Working principle
Candle Filter System is equipped with multiple filter cartridges in a closed container.The filter cartridges are covered with special filter cloth.When the filtrate passes through the filter cloth,the solid particles will be intercepted by the filter cloth.Using the principle of bridging,the particles of different sizes will be gradually intercepted.Particles form a filter cake layer that can meet the requirements of filtration accuracy,and the filter cake layer formed by the filtrate itself is used for effective filtration.Filter cake back blow.Filter cake back blow.
